When completing the order on the page "Checkout" you can choose in Shipping Methods "Home delivery".
In this case, the orders are sent using the company's means of transport, after telephone consultation with a representative of the company, on the same day and until 17:00.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays and all public holidays.
Orders within Attica are always delivered by the company's means of transport, there is no additional charge for the transport of the products and as long as the order is not of less value than25€ and up to80kg.
For the regions of the Prefecture of Attica (Urban complex of Athens-Piraeus and suburbs) no free delivery by other means (transport company, courier, etc.) is provided.
For the rest of Attica (Outside the urban complex of Athens-Piraeus and suburbs) and orders over 80kg
Deliveries can also be made with the company's means of transport, only after telephone consultation with a company representative.
This can only happen at the customer's request and in any case the cost of transportation will be borne by the customer.
For the rest of Greece
When completing the order on the "Order Completion" page, you can select "Transport or Courier of your choice" in the Shipping Methods.
In this case, the orders are sent with Transport Companies or with a Courier that you will indicate to us. Any shipping costs are borne by the customer.
To show us the way you should write us the contact details of the Transport or Courier of your choice in the "Order Comments" field
We undertake to deliver the products to the carrier, whose signature on the delivery receipt proves delivery of the order to the carrier.
The cost of transporting the products as well as their delivery time is a matter of negotiation between the customer and the carrier and in any case the cost of transportation will be borne by the customer.
If you want to ship by courier, you must first be informed by Petmark customer service that your order is ready to ship and then you should contact the courier you wish to receive it.
If you do not indicate the shipping method, your order will be shipped with a carrier.
The delivery time in any case varies depending on the place and the Transport.

BOX NOW as a pick-up method at check out allows you to pick up your package yourself at any time you want at one of the 2000+ BOX NOW Locker Automatic Pickup Machines near your home or work.
FREE SHIPPING applies to all of Greece for orders worth €25 or more.
This service is available for pre-paid orders with a maximum weight of 100 kg per order.
All hygiene sands are excluded, for which it is not possible to send via box now.
Your parcel will be placed in the receiving machine within 24 hours of its dispatch within Attica,
in the rest of mainland Greece the placement will be done the next day and in Crete in two days.

Delivery Times
We try so that all orders registered by phone or through petmark.gr in our system by 12:00 p.m. to be delivered the same day to the order management department, so that delivery is achieved within 48 hours.
For orders placed after 12:00 p.m. the delivery from us will take place the next day from where they are routed for you to receive them within 48 hours (remote and inaccessible areas are excluded, in which there is an additional delay of 1-2 days).
In the event that your order cannot be shipped within the above deadline due to force majeure(i.e. strike etc) or the product is not available at the time of the order, we will inform you immediately.
f for some reason your order is delayed due to a shortage, we will contact you to let you know the time of the delay and suggest if you would like an alternative product.
